Intercare Distribution Services Limited was formed in 1990 when Nigel Parry, after having been the Support Services Manager for the previous 5 years at The Mid Cheshire Hospitals Trust, formed a company to take over the running of what had been the internal hospital Transport Department.

The company became a limited company at the end of September 2005 as part of its growth strategy as more and more people find out, often by word of mouth, of the quality of the service we offer to the Healthcare sector.
